I will be frank: I didn't want to watch the given film. A western I not especially love a genre, and the best for me is «Good, bad, malicious». Unless there can from earlier familiar be any cinema nearby from above named masterpiece? There was "Grip of steel" it is a worthy masterpiece which is nominated knowingly for some nominations of the award by Oscar. Proceeding from it, the film should be seen attentively once, than hundred times to hear.
Actors have played the roles perfectly. Their behavior, a make-up, a dialog manner speaks about success and desire to get used to roles of the characters on purpose to show to the spectator an epoch about which to very few people that is known. They have consulted with the problem though believe, it casted many efforts. At least the scene as a young star of Hollywood has crossed the river on a horse. Without this key moment the film already would lose some percent of delights.
